With an emphasis on strength, flexibility and balance exercises, program host, Mary Ann Wilson, RN, shares her gentle approach to fitness, guiding viewers through safe workouts set to fun music. Each program is carefully researched and developed with the assistance of physical therapists, medical doctors and exercise specialists. Wilson’s daughter, Gretchen, joins her on set to demonstrate seated versions of standing exercises.
