Follow the journey of three young adults as they explore exciting career opportunities across Mississippi and hear from folks who have found fulfilling and impactful careers in their own backyard. Along the way, you’ll see just how many paths you can take to find your fit in the state you call home.

#101 I Belong Here
Short Description:
Three young adults from Mississippi set off to discover careers across their home state.

Long Description:
Like many young Mississippians, roadtrippers Kaci, Areeb, and SavannahClaire suspect that they may need to leave their home state in order to succeed in their careers. But as the road trip begins, their interviews with a top chef, an influential designer, and a trailblazer in tech make the roadtrippers start to rethink all of their preconceived notions about what Mississippi has to offer.

#102 Bringing More to Mississippi
Short Description:
On the second half of their trip, the roadtrippers see anything’s possible in Mississippi.

Long Description:
The roadtrippers reflect on Mississippi’s history and culture with stops at a small farm and the Choctaw Cultural Center. Then, a conversation with content creator “Your Barefoot Neighbor” shows them how tradition can inform forward progress. At the end of the trip, all three young adults feel like they can use their unique talents and passions to make Mississippi the place where they want to be.
