Parenting Minutes is a series of short videos and related resources that provide families in under-resourced communities with critical information to support children's academic success and social-emotional growth. All videos and related materials are presented in both English and Spanish.

The videos feature diverse families in urban and suburban settings. Topics covered include social-emotional skills, establishing routines, raising children on the autism spectrum, early reading and math skills, making TV time learning time, healthy snacking, and much more.

Each video is accompanied by a set of related fact and resource links to support the video’s topic and provide additional information. A set of “Workshops in a Box” is also available for use with school-based family liaisons and other educators who work with families, parents, and caregivers. Each workshop is based on one or more videos from the series and includes suggested activities to support families in promoting both academic and social-emotional skills in their young children.
