Sexual abuse scars are deep and they can't go away unless one finds the courage to talk
about it. In "A Story of Abuse," Tammie Hanchey, author of "Robbin Esther's
Secret Box," shares her story of survival. "It was my first memory" she
says. Tammie's story is one of pain, adversity and triumph.
"A Story of Abuse" is an educational tool for students in 7th - 12th
grade as Tammie relates the struggles she had as an adolescent because of her
abuse. The message is clear: you have to tell someone about the abuse, even if it
