registration desk opens at noon on Tuesday, January 13.
There's a newcomers orientation
at 2:00 p.m., and the opening session begins at
3:00 p.m.
The conference concludes Friday at 11:00 a.m., in plenty of time to catch a flight home.

What are
the Evening Extras? |

To make the most of your
time in Tampa, we set aside Wednesday evening, January
14,
7:00 - 9:00 p.m., for in-depth workshops in several areas.
This year, the Evening Extras will
feature CPB's innovation fair, the art of pledge breaks
(American Pledge Idol), a gathering of
programmers, a session on how to turn your viewers into
excited fans, and a YouTube how-to.
