    HOW TO SEND ENTRY MATERIALS:

    JUDGING:
The competition is divided into two levels based on the most recent NFFS reports. Competing stations are
sorted at the $5 million mark. NETA will place entries into the appropriate level for judging, and a winner will
be selected at each level in every category only at the judges’ discretion. (In other words, no one wins
    by default.)

Entries are judged on creativity, originality, effectiveness, and overall excellence.

At the judges’ discretion, "Best of Show" or other special awards may be designated for entries that merit
    special recognition.
