ELA v2 focuses on adult learners, those who seek formal college course material<
and those that require GED and basic workforce skills.
The goal: to assist you in finding ways to connect with adult communities. How do you know the content you're providing is the content they need or want? What techniques ensure that the people who need the service know it exists?

Are management and leadership very different things? Middle and senior managers at this lively, interactive workshop will clarify beliefs about manage-
ment and leadership, assess current skills, and design a pathway to increased leadership ability. Your guide for this session is Cindy Browne, the president of Leadership Evolution, LLC.

Sunday, January 23 11:00 - 1:30 pm ($ 50 members / $ 100 non-members)

If you are involved in "contract production work" at your station, join the facilitated roundtable discussion of issues affecting station activities that use production facilities to generate net positive cash flow. Bring your questions
and ideas. We'll provide the lunch!
